Customer/Client Privacy: All interactions from marketing activities that collect data for our clients is held in strict confidence. No data or contact information is shared between accounts or any additional third parties outside the scope of services, as agreed to in the client/vendor disclosure agreement. Customer information submitted through webforms or recorded phone conversations are for the expressed intent of that customer and no further use of that information is allowed without the consent of that customer.

COAX Privacy Policy: All Information submitted to Coax Business Marketing is solely used for the intent of direct communication and is not available to any third parties. All client campaign information, not made public, is held as confidential and intended for the direct consideration of campaign performance. Performance information may not be released without the expressed consent of the client company and Coax Business Marketing.

Billing Information: At times, Coax Business Marketing will submit client payment information to our vendors for direct billing consideration. No other use or considerations will be made and clients are able to change and update their information securely through out private billing portal or project collaboration portal.

Other Privacy Concerns: Communications are held internally and not provided to any 3rd parties without client consent.
