COAX Privacy Policy: All Information submitted to Coax Business Marketing is solely used for the intent of direct communication and is not available to any third parties. All client campaign information, not made public, is held as confidential and intended for the direct consideration of campaign performance. Performance information may not be released without the expressed consent of the client company and Coax Business Marketing.

A. You may terminate your subscriptions of services at any time, however, in order to terminate a subscription, your account must be paid up to date and you must deliver a 30-day written notice of termination to manager@coaxconsulting.com.You are not entitled to any refunds for fees paid to Coax Business Marketing, but you will retain access to your content until that billing period is over and you will not be charged again.

B. If your account is canceled, COAX reserves the right to remove your account information along with any account settings from our servers with no liability or notice. Once Your account information is removed you will not be able to recover this information. Upon removing your account, these terms are terminated and your access rights to the services and content immediately cease to exist.

C. COAX may suspend or block your account without prior notice if you are in breach of best practices and all agreed terms of the contract, or if your actions in using the service or your user content are in breach of law (including but not limited to personal data legislation, intellectual property rights of third parties, laws against defamatory or pornographic material) or good business practice, or if your content or actions lead to claims by third parties against COAX. In such an event COAX reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any/all current and future use.

A. The content provided through our service, including all information, data, text, graphics, images, templates, sound files, software, advertisements, and other material is the exclusive property of COAX and/or its licensors.

B. COAX grants you a limited, revocable, personal (unless otherwise provided in the subscription plan), non-exclusive license to access view, copy, print and publish the content made available to you through the service during the term of your valid subscription. You may use such content for your own use but may not edit or make derivative works of exclusive content, or reproduce, distribute or display it for any other reasons than provided as dedicated use.

C. For the avoidance of doubt, You are not permitted to publish or use in any other way any of the pre-written content for any other purpose than for the use direct by the services agreement. These terms do not grant you any rights to use the COAX/licensed trademarks, logos, service marks, button icons, design, domain names or other distinctive branding features, whether for commercial or non-commercial use, without the prior express consent of COAX.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COAX shall not be liable for any damages or loss of profit resulting from your use or inability to use the services or any unauthorized access to or interruption, alteration, loss or deletion of your content or data. Furthermore, COAX shall in no event be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

The terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law rules.
