OUR APPROACH

We focus on your business and what is important to you in the next 90-120 days, with the future in mind. Consideration is given to the ultimate goal of building your business for the long term, but you have immediate needs that have to be addressed and in a timely manor. The building blocks of your brand must work together to lead traffic towards conversions, build memory value, and create a credible impression.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

  • Strategy Session with Company Principals: Understanding where you've been and where you're going is our initial concern. We don't want to take you out of your product alley, rather magnify your accomplishments to create a tornado effect that simply maximizes return on your principle investment and working capital.
  • Regular Team Meetings with everyone involved in the tasks at hand. The strategy session will produce the first planned phase of objectives to accomplish in the initial 90-120 day window. With that firmly in mind, we meet with your team to support and report on implementation, coordinate necessary elements, and manage deliverables. 
  • Measurement, Reporting & Analysis is a key element to your success. Often regarded as a "seat-of-the-pants" evaluation, we take the guessing out and give you a firm process for tracking, calculate the impact on resources, and project the viability towards growth.
  • Phase 2 Planning is the natural by-product of the campaign outcomes. We reconnect with company principals to review the previous campaign period and demonstrate ways to build on the new momentum. If desired, a new campaign window is created, team selected, and process reviewed. The scope is entirely up to you, non-contractual in nature, and scale-able to fit within your budget planning schedule.

Identity Packaging
The main element is to present your company/product in the way you want to be perceived, i.e. value-based, discounted-volume based, limited-availability, or exclusive executive/high net-worth consumer. Then we add your personality into the branding and detect the optimal channels for communicating with the right market. 

Messaging
We understand how to relate the details of the love you have put into your company, and translate that into language your audience can relate to their own experience. Positioning you as the ONLY solution and first choice creates the memory value for a strong reputation and referrals. 

Communication Research, Budgeting, and Broadcasting
As we detect the proper communication channels to match the interest and conversations of your intended audience, we negotiate the most effect communication package. Not all channels are created equally and each one needs the right amount of intent to be effective. This can greatly affect your budget and overall timing of deliverables. We provide you with options in "good-better-best" scenarios with projected outcomes. We want to be sure your are comfortable with your marketing and advertising decisions, also to avoid ineffective and costly mistakes.

Our 120 day timeline will take us through phase one. These dates can be expected to shift slightly depending on insights gathered during our research, and the number of iterations needed before sign-off.

TERMS

Base Fees: Monthly fees include weekly meetings with your team members, project management, and initial research. Additional consideration may be required for larger projects.

Graphics and Online Channel Communications: $50-$75 per hour

Incidental Expenses: TDB based upon presentation and client approval

Channel Advertising Costs: Our policy is to negotiate and pass along as many agency discounts as available.

Guaranteed Service: If we have not completed our tasks in the agreed upon timelines, we continue working at our own expense until we do!
